I collaborated with art director Bente Christensen on this project. My role dealt with just about every aspect of the scenery design and art direction, the on-screen graphics both in-game and in the back-of-house video wall, and the prop design.
For this obviously Vegas-themed update of the audience-favorite Card Game, we replaced the old bulb-and-cell readout with a full-color HD monitor. This gave me the opportunity to have a lot of fun with the in-game screen animation.
We also reversed the staging of the game, giving us the opportunity to use the audience and the video wall in back of house as part of the game.
